ATV Season Opening – Raffle tickets – DNR ATV training

ATV SEASON OPENING SATURDAY APRIL 30TH: The Oconto County Park & Forestry Committee met today and decided to open the Oconto County ATV Trails one day early this year (weather permitting). Normally the opening of the Oconto County ATV Trails open each year on May 1st. This year May 1st falls on a Sunday, so the Committee decided to try to give a boost to the local economy and to allow ATV/UTV Riders a full weekend of ATV riding. This year the Oconto County ATV Trails will open on Saturday April 30th (weather permitting). Next year the Oconto County ATV Trails will revert back to opening on May 1st, 2017. If you plan on riding in other counties please check their websites to see when their trails open. Our club is excited to announce a new ATV Route from the Nicolet State Trail south of Anderson Lake via Bonita Road to County W over to Doty and Langlade County. Each member will be receiving a new Oconto County ATV Map in about a week which explains the new route and the new map locator numbers.
