UP COMING CLUB EVENTS
CLUB RIDE AND MEMBERSHIP MEETING: Our first club ride for 2016 and membership meeting will be held at the School House Bar in Mountain WI on Saturday June 18th at 10:00 am. We will have some new club clothing at this meeting, The meeting will last approx. 1 hour and at 11:00 am we will leave the School House Bar for our club ride. The ride will take us to Waubee Lodge for lunch (lunch is on your own). We should arrive at Waubee Lodge around 1:00 pm for lunch. Our plan is to leave Waubee around 2:00 pm and return to the School House Bar by 4:00 pm. There is trailer parking in Mountain across Hwy 32 and across Hwy W. This is a great opportunity to meet fellow members and to learn more about the Hidden Bear Trail ATV Club. The meeting & club ride is open to all members, relatives and friends. We will also have our $100.00 Raffle Tickets for sale at this meeting also, they are going fast!!! Any questions regarding the ride please contact me at 715-276-6612 or 920-562-7872.
SUPER VALU BRAT FRY: We will hold our annual brat fry at the Lakewood Super Valu on Saturday June 25th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. If anyone is interested in helping for this event please email me or call me and I will pass your name onto Loren Nelson our Vice-President who is in charge of the Brat Fry. We will also have sign-up list at our membership meeting on June 18th. If you cannot help, free free to help the club out and visit our Brat Fry that day!!!
ANNUAL FUNDRAISER: Our annual fundraiser will be at Animal’s Bear Trail Inn at the corner of Hwy 64 and Hwy T, Mountain WI on Saturday August 20th, 2016 from noon – 6:00 pm. At this time we are looking for members that can help sell meat raffle tickets, sell 50-50 tickets, runners for the meat prizes, food serving, set up (on Saturday Morning) and clean up (Saturday Evening). Beside the Brat Fry this is our only Fundraiser of the year, our club cannot support itself without this fundraiser. Shifts for the workers are normally between 2 to 3 hours and the more volunteers we have, the less time each volunteer needs to work. We will have a sign-up sheet at our membership meeting onJune 18th but if you cannot attend that please email me at hiddenbeartrailatvclub@centurytel.net or call me at 715-276-6612 or 920-562-7872to volunteer to help. We will also hold our 2nd membership meeting the same day at 11:00 am at Animal’s Bear Trail Inn. PLEASE VOLUNTEER IF YOU CAN!!!
