Wanted: Land for new club house

Greetings Everyone, at our last Board of Directors Meeting it was discussed about building a garage type club house. Currently we are renting 2 storage buildings to store our Fundraiser equipment and another one to store our club vehicle, and our brushing equipment, signs, etc. If any member has, or knows, of any land that is for sale in Doty or the western part of Riverview please contact us via email, Facebook, website or by phone at 920-562-7872.

We are looking at either a lot or an acre or 2 of land close to a roadway. The initial plan is to build this garage (clubhouse) to replace the 2 storage buildings that we now rent. Please make any comments that can assist in our land purchase.

Remember the Oconto County ATV Trails will be closing on Sunday November 2nd, 2025. Renewals will be mailed out in November, some people may have paid already via paypal or responded to our email regarding mail in renewal payments. If you did so, Thank you!
Our club had another successful riding season and we hope everyone has a great Holiday Season and look forward to next year’s riding season!!!
