Purpose
To support charitable and mission-aligned organizations, the Hidden Bear Trail ATV Club accepts donation requests from individuals, groups, or nonprofits that serve our community and/or promote the sport of ATVing.

Giving Guidelines
- Annual Limit: Up to $2500 per year - All Donations
- Per Request: Up to $500 per Organization per Year
- Past Donation Consideration

Request A Donation
Evaluation Criteria
Requests will be evaluated based on:
- Alignment with our mission and values
- Benefit to the local community or ATV/UTV community
- Impact and clarity of purpose
- Financial need
- Past relationship with the club (if applicable)
Application Deadlines
- Applications accepted year-round
- Submit at least 4 weeks prior to your deadline to allow for review, approval and delivery of payment

To request a donation from the Hidden Bear Trail ATV Club, submit the Online Donation Request Form OR download the application, fill it out and then attach it to an email to hiddenbeartrailatv@gmail.com with the subject line: Donation Request.
