Hidden Bear Trail ATV Club FUNDRAISER HELP!

FUNDRAISER HELP:  We have a little more than 2 weeks before our Annual Fundraiser on Saturday August 17th at Animal’s Bear Trail Inn from 1:00 to 5:00 pm and we still have a lot of 2 hour slots to fill.  We changed the time of our fundraiser hoping we would get more volunteers to work only a 2 hour shift.  

The following is a list of volunteer position that we need filled:
  • 2 people as Food Server’s from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm,
  • 3 people as Food Server’s from 3:00 to 5:00,
  • 2 people for 50-50 raffle from 3:00 to 5:00 pm,
  • 5 people as meat raffle sellers from 1:00 to 3:00,
  • 1 person as meat raffle seller from 3:00 to 5:00,
  • 1 meat runner from 1:00 to 3:00
  • 2 people as meat runner’s from 3:00 to 5:00.

Below is the list of volunteer’s that we have signed up.  If you can please spare 2 hours that day it will be much appreciated.  If you have any questions regarding the duties of the position please reply to this email.  If you can volunteer please reply to this email or call Jim at 920-562-7872.
